"I hope I shall possess firmness and virtue enough to maintain what I consider the most enviable of all titles, the character of an honest man".

George Washington

Am I the only person who thinks this should have been the top story on the news this past weekend? and it should be still be the top story. Lou Dobbs talks about election fraud and how the electronic machines are unreliable....

Well Mr. Dobbs can you tell me why you nor any of your peers in the business of keeping America informed are not raising hell about this....

First FELONY Criminal Convictions From Ohio's 2004 Presidential Election Confirm Recount Was Rigged

by Bob Fitrakis & Hby Bob Fitrakis & Harvey Wasserman
January 27,2007

The first felony convictions of two Cleveland poll workers stemming from Ohio's stolen 2004 election confirm that the official recount in that contested vote was, in the words of county prosecutors, "rigged." The question now is whether further prosecutions will reach higher up in the ranks of officials who may have been involved in illegalities throughout the rest of the state.

5. this was my biggest fear back in 2000 (and again in 2004)
that ELECTION FRAUD would be prosecuted months or years down the road and NO ONE WOULD KNOW or care.

that after the long hard fight to prove what we know we saw with our own eyes; after the years' long arguments about exit polls and statistical aberrations; after the tombstones and being told to shut up and GOTV; after all the lawsuits and editorials -- that we'd end HERE. Cue crickets.

We PROVED the FRAUD. We did the math. We won the arguments. OHIO WAS STOLEN. The election belonged to KERRY. This is an astounding revelation.

This was never a game of "gentleman's poker" where a little funny business is tolerated in the spirit of gamesmanship. It should have been clear to anyone with eyes that what happened in 2000 (with the Brooks Bros Brigade and Kathrine Harris and the Supreme Court) was a bloodless coup. It was a BLOODLESS COUP and no one marched in the street. No one raised their voice. No one cared. In 2004 Kerry wouldn't even fight for his rights as a candidate (much less our rights as his supporters).

So now we are looking at full-scale war in the Middle East and watching as Bush and Cheney flush our future down the toilet. No one can say they didn't expect the stakes to be this high. No one can say (Nader) that 4 or 8 years of these criminals wouldn't result in complete distaster.

So now we know the TRUTH, and STILL no one cares. I am SO NOT SURPRISED.

(gosh I'm in a mood today)

8. This is new information and evidence .. recent analysis ... more info ...
And it is easier to understand than the statistical proofs offered in 2004. Now there is a possibility of effectual oversight, so it has been brought forward in a new form, ready for 7th-grade-math-level politicos.

OHIO 2004: 6.15% Kerry-Bush vote-switch found in probability study.

Defining the vote outcome probabilities of wrong-precinct voting has revealed, in a sample of 166,953 votes (1/34th of the Ohio vote), the Kerry-Bush margin changes 6.15% when the population is sorted by probable outcomes of wrong-precinct voting.

The Kerry to Bush 6.15% vote-switch differential is seen when the large sample is sorted by probability a Kerry wrong-precinct vote counts for Bush. When the same large voter sample is sorted by the probability Kerry votes count for third-party candidates, Kerry votes are instead equal in both subsets.

Read the revised article with graphs of new findings:

7. Good Shot, Kster! K'n'R!
"I hope I shall possess firmness and virtue enough to maintain what I consider the most enviable of all titles, the character of an honest man".

George Washington

The most ironic thing about Washington's statement is that, after naming the Capitol in honor of our first President, they (must have) succeeded in banning from that Capitol amyone who actually has "the character of an honest man".

Anyone wanting to list exceptions to this apparent rule are encouraged to do so. Be forewarned that any such listings will be heavily vetted!
