1924 Polling Place Problem Shelby Tennessee Wells Station Elementary School voter cast votes - on last screen none were recorded - went back and then was able to vote properly - thinks that some voters would not notice

2034 Polling Place Problem De Kalb Georgia Woodbridge School Had to try several times to get proper candidate selected. Others were having same problem. Concerned that ballot wasn't cast properly. Poll workers knew about the problem.

2038 Polling Place Problem De Kalb Georgia McNair MS Voter stated the ballot screen disappeared prior to casting her ballot. She said at least one other voter had the same problem. Voting precinct MP--McNair MS, Dekalb Cty

4647 Polling Place Problem De Kalb Georgia Hightown School While reading the last ballot measure, machine switched to summary page. She got it to return to previous screen and was able to vote for the ballot measure.

While on the summary screen, the screen went blank. Poll worker said she must have pressed the green vote button, but she is sure she did not. She is concerned whether her vote counted.

4014 Polling Place Problem De Kalb Georgia Cedar Grove United Methodist Church he followed instructions on computer, but it wouldn’t let him review his ballot before casting. He called the poll worker, who was unhelpful and told him he must have done something wrong. He doesn't know if his ballot was cast.

1874 Polling Place Problem De Kalb Georgia Flat Shoals Elementary School Voter wanted to vote for Mark Taylor but machine kept showing Sonny Perdue. Voter did not talk to election official about the problem, but after many tries it finally worked right
6004 Voter Intimidation Problem Polling Place Problem De Kalb Georgia Medlock Elementary No Diebold Machines - 2 or 3 (Rep., Dem., Ind.). Touch and other name disappears but wrong names jumped. Republicans came up when he touched Democrat.

5894 Voter Intimidation Problem Polling Place Problem Burke Georgia Office Park Yes Caller was voting & apparently chose Max Burns accidentally(intended to vote for Barnes). When she saw she had selected the wrong choice on the screen she asked the poll worker to help her change her vote. The poll worker did not come over but rather yelled instructions from her desk across the room & told her to just keep hitting next: Caller _____ saying she didn't want to hit next, she wanted to change her selection. Poll worker said 'no you just need to keep hitting next & that'sll take care of it." The poll worker came over a minute later & asked if everything was alright & caller said "no" she wanted to change her selection & the poll worker informed her that she should just keep hitting next and that would take care of it. Caller has already placed her vote &lost it

Bibb County, Switching on Diebold machines. Malfunctioning Diebold machine taken out of service, put back into use when lines get long. Voters were told to be careful selecting their candidates and to review their ballots. http://www.votersunite.org/article.asp?id=6827
