looking for a few intelligent DUers to post here re: election fraud
There are several congressional races still running. Even though republicans have declared themselves the winners in: new mexico, the clint curtis florida race, riverside county, and others, democratic candidates are finding election probelms and trying to get those votes counted correctly. I think we need to bring this topic up to the top of our discussions, know exactly what is happening, and figure out what we can do to help. Yes the win is nice, but this election is not over yet. Any foul play needs to be out in the media and the american public discussion right now, and we are the only people who can help that happen. So please, post any info you have about these races, and let's get informed, and start brainstorming on how to get this info out and public. We now know that the result of election fraud in this country is fascism. We can't let these races get glossed over, even as we rejoice.

3. We need to closely monitor this...
The Desert Sun
November 10, 2006
Two Coachella Valley candidates - one seeking an Assembly seat and another looking to join the Indio City Council - aren't ready to give up until the last 75,000-plus votes are counted from Tuesday's election.

Democratic challenger Steve Clute announced Thursday he is not conceding to Assemblywoman Bonnie Garcia in the 80th Assembly District.

"While the early results show my opponent in the lead, not every vote has been tallied," said Clute, who represented part of the Coachella Valley in the Assembly from 1982-92.

"I am willing to accept the outcome of this election, but not until every vote is counted."

The unofficial tally shows Garcia, R-Cathedral City, with an 1,135-vote lead.

There are 60,000 absentee ballots, 15,000 provisional ballots and an unknown number of paper ballots that have yet to be counted, said Doug Kinzle, assistant registrar with the Riverside County Registrar of Voters.

Imperial County has about 5,100 absentee and provisional ballots left.

4. Dangerous to assume that Dems winning in some places means no fraud
Edited on Sat Nov-11-06 01:55 PM by emlev
There are many races worth investigating. Including the ones mentioned, there's also the 13th District in Florida and at least two in Ohio, OH-2 (Wulsin/Schmidt) and OH-15 (Kilroy/Pryce).

Then there are smaller races, such as the state legislature race in Florida where a candidate discovered 15 unattended touchscreen voting machines in an unlocked room in a library that was open to the public.

Quantitative information will be coming soon from the Vote Count Protection Project and the Election Defense Alliance, both working in tandem with the Velvet Revolution Election Protection Strike Force.

If you have specific evidence of fraud, please call the Velvet Revolution fraud tip line at 1-888-VOTE-TIP or email tips@velvetrevolution.us. (There's a $500,000 reward for info about election fraud leading to the overturn of a Congressional election and conviction of those responsible!)

5. Palm Springs - Bono race for one
Bill Bored - candidate posted yesterday.

I think we have to scrutinize the registration database purge everywhere - watch the count - why they reject a particular ballot - document.

Example:
I am looking at the voter registration discrepancy between the counties and the SOS in CA. There are problems - How is it that we have less registered voters from McCormack's statement of registered voters on 10/31 to the State, and her lavote 11/7 number of registered voters?

I do urge people to check in their own counties.

I would like to concentrate on LA, I want to know what happened to my daughter's registration, and others in the EIRS report - she voted provisional. I spoke with the election judge that night, and I am very uncomfortable, she was not the only entry into the provisional book.

Leading up to November 7, the registrar has no record of her registration - fact is: if the registrar claims it never received her and or other registration in the mail - what does the voter have?
In my daughter's case it was pre-printed already with her information, as she was only to confirm her new registration and sign - and mail back to a pre-printed address "theirs". What are the chances of the postal service loosing, misdirecting, damaging such mailings?
It is the voters word against theirs, that it was even mailed.
A provisional voter in LA can call to see whether his/her vote was counted - 40 days after the election - this means after certification - this means - you can no longer complain. This means if there are enough disenfranchised voters - it will affect the outcome.

As of now "UNPROCESSED BALLOTS 2006 Gubernatorial General - November 07, 2006" without data from Amador,
Butte, Humboldt, Inyo, Los Angeles, Marin, Mendocino, Mono, Napa, Nevada, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Sierra, Sutter, Yuba.
There are a total of 786,653 estimated absentee and provisional votes - out of which 577,432 are not counted yet. 25,265 were so far rejected as "damaged".

We are far from done!

What I am trying to figure out today is whether county employees enter registrations into the database or whether it is outsourced.
Some month ago, McCormack announced some sort of a database system - anyone remember?

Another issue, whether the State agreement with the US DOJ is in effect or abandonned as reported. I can already see many violations by the Los Angeles County and the State.
http://www.usdoj.gov/crt/voting/hava/ca_moa.htm

I am checking whether I have legal grounds to file a complaint with USDOJ - but can I trust this USDOJ?

Not holding them to account simply emboldens them. Look at Iran Contra and its players today.
