1. Not here
We use optical scan paper ballots that are marked with a pencil. They've added "AutoMark" machines that use a touch screen to print the optical scan paper, if you need or want to use them. They are easy to use but VERY slow. Everyone seems to be avoiding them. The few disabled voters I've seen voting still had a friend/companion help them fill out their ballot rather than use the AutoMark.
