Will Blackwell Provide Enough Voting Machines to Dems in 06 Election?
This is a cross-post to my GD post which discusses the shortage of voting machines in Democratic precincts of Ohio counties that used electronic voting in the 04 election.

I provide tables which show that the more strongly a precinct voted for Kerry the more inadequate was the number of voting machines, and also how this was associated with a low "voter turnout":
