The only real statement I have seen yet from the Kerry camp is the release about the lawyers, saying they will have every vote counted, but that the result is not being contested.

Let's step back for a sec and rationalize this. To me that appears to be serving two purposes. The first is to signal us in a discreet way that his lawyers are in fact involved. The second message I believe is to in a sense say 'We are trying to avoid Chaos, hang in there'

I say this cause if you think reallllllly hard about 2000, it was the chaos itself that in the end sank us. The hysteria over chads, the overhandling of ballots, the rush to recount without a uniform method. That is what the Supreme Court used as reasoning correct? I am starting to think the Kerry camps main logic is to avoid the widespread media and public CHAOS that would ultimately lead to failure. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
