1. But one word on MSM about any of this. Guess the implications
of this company being crooked are just too much for them!

3. Not the TV business media. Their stock was down a little yesterday
but not nearly as much as you'd think given 4 lawsuits and the results of the hack test! Nothing from Bloombery, CNBC, etc.

4. Diebold has a truckload of stock buyback authorized.
On the Wednesday before O'Dell was forced out on Monday, Diebold's board authorized the potential buyback of 4 million shares of Diebold stock, using company money. They said the stock was priced attractively for the company to get some more of its own stock.

I believe they are using the capability of buying shares on the open market to prop up the stock price.

If you look at the stock chart for DBD, it was steadily falling immediately before Dec. 7, when the authorization was made. Then it headed upward.

5. Thank you. I keep watching it and wondering when it would fall.
So, if the lawsuits are successful, they'll be stuck with a bunch of worthless stock! Yippee!!
