When the Democratic Party held the south, voter fraud certainly occurred, Lyndon Johnson's first House Race for example. This is why Paper Trails are so incredibly crucial. This is why, even IF investigations do not change the outcome of a single race, all fishy voting has to be thoroughly investigated.

This is a crucial reason why we have to regain power at state and local levels. State and Local governments administer elections. If there is no visibility, and God knows Republicans despise visibility, then we are truly at risk of disenfranchisement.
