5. Tia the 2nd image--the snake-- I see 2 colors, seemingly more

the 2 colors for touchscreens and the other for opscans.

Should I assume then that these 2 systems were resonsible for more of the "shift"?

For a given state, check the colors. The predominant color is the major voting method. That does not mean it was the major method for the fraud, but the chances are damn good that it was.

Check the spike at the top of the snake. That's a measure of voting problems.

In most cases its obvious. Look at NY. Its 100% lever.

8. How to read the snake.

The snake is just a depiction of voting methods for each state. The bigger the color, the higher the percentage. The blue spike is an indicator of voting problems.

If the snake has two colors, it has two voting methods. The left end of the snake are states which had the biggest deviations for Bush from high to low (16 of 42 over the MoE). Eight states 43-50 deviated to Kerry low to high (none over the MoE).

So the snake shows the states which deviated and the composition of voting method.

Two things stand out: The lever/punched card (NY, OH) states are big deviators; the paper ballot states (OR) have a very small deviation from the exit polls.

The touchscreens and optiscans (FL) are also big deviators.

Punch cards, levers, touch screens - it's obvious how these can be scammed. Optiscans are not so obvious - that makes them more lethal.

We are left with paper ballots as the only solution.
