We can't let them get away with this shit
If these fuckers pull this vote fraud shit off our Democracy is finished. They only need 60 repuke Senate votes to cut off discussion and take a vote on a bill. Can you imagine what they would do ? Lower minimum wage, get rid of all Social programs, eliminate almost all taxes on businesses, and generally fuck the working people. I am going to donate to Bev's new site as soon as it is up. We have to fight them on this. We have to.

3. So Let's Generate an Action Plan
WE THE PEOPLE....-

This is my first posting to this forum, so I first want to thank the spirit and efforts of the many folks out there who know in their hearts and minds we are the victims of fraud, and and refusing to accept it.

I’d like to propose that we need to have an action plan to collect the latest information on the various threads so that we always have a snapshot of the strongest and most relevant information. As this inquiry proceeds, it is clear that some issues arise, and can become red-hot for a while, and then be discounted, or mutate into even more significant concerns.

While this process is necessary, it becomes difficult to convey to others where we stand – a list of e-mail addresses is great for researchers, but not for the general public we are trying to reach.

The proposal below is a means to create an action plan whereby we can generate on a daily basis a complete and up-to-date report that collects the strongest and most relevant information to support this effort.

To do so, I think we need to create a meta-information structure that can be organized in three major areas that are described below. Once such a structure has been agreed upon, the DU shall choose custodians of the various portions. These custodians can designate others as deputies to collect and channel data upward, and should seek concurrence from recognized experts in their areas. These custodians shall maintain the latest and best information for their sections in an agreed upon electronic format. An editor will be chosen who collects the inputs from the custodians of the sections, and publishes an electronic report that is updated daily.

A proposed Table of Contents for this document is

1. Statement of Purpose
This statement should make it clear that it is in the interest of all Americans, regardless of party, to have a rock-solid voting process, and in particular a certification of the methodology and results of the 2004 election. It should be made clear that this interest cannot be deflected by those who do not believe this election was stolen.

This statement should point out the urgency for this effort, noting that if and when we as citizens lose control of this process, we may never get it back. It must take note that with regard to the present election cycle, timely knowledge is power, and belated suspicions have none. (It is releveant to disprove the Warren Comission lies even to this day, but just imagine the difference if it was acknowledged in 1963 that JFK was gunned down by a shooting squad in Dealy plaza, which a House committee asserted in the 1970’s)

Our democracy itself, and the sacrifices of Americans from the start of this country, are at stake. This danger in a way far exceeds that of a 9/11 attack, yet to date there has been an incredible lack of interest and attention to this danger by the major media. The slimy attacks by the lying Swiftvets, attacking Kerry’s war record, received much more attention from the media than these serious questions.

I’m sure we have lots of great writers out there who could contribute to this preamble. My own preference is to call it something like “We The People”, and to imitate the language of the Declaration of Independence, making the case that we are now fighting to regain our democracy. For example, starting with:

“We the people of the United States of America, in order to protect and defend our democracy from a dangerous threat of usurpation, have joined together as citizen soldiers to ensure that our right to vote, which has been the bedrock of our country for well over 200 years…..”

2. The Evidence

a. Historical evidence of voter fraud in the United States vs. technology: Recognize that there has been “ballot stuffing” in the past, but distinguish this from the dangers inherent in e-voting.

b. Prior to 2004 election: document the recent concerns over the technical implementation of e-voting machines and procedures, and privitization of this process in the hands of Republican partisans. Enumerate all suspicious results in 2002 elections.

c. Exit Polling: Analyze the track record of exit polling in past elections, and compare and contrast with this one. This should be done on a national, as well as a state-by-state (and perhaps county-by-county) basis.

d. State by State Tracking: Assign a custodian for each and every state in the Union, battleground or not. It is possible that fraud has been commited in non-contested states in order to inflate the so-called margin of victory for Bush.

3. Action Plan

a. “Crunch the People, Not Just the Numbers”: There is only so much that can be done by analyzing the data, since those who commit fraud obviously try to hide their tracks. We must recognize that even a very tight conspiracy to defraud a national election must involve a fair number of conspirators, and a larger number of witnesses who may have observed suspicious behavior. We need to seek out the staff (from top-to-bottom) in every state, and see if we can identify anyone who can testify to either true glitches in the process as well as fraudulent acts.

b. Get this story into the main media already: This is a travesty!!! Petitions, demonstrations, and so on. How about a boycott on paying income taxes, with the slogan “No taxation Without Representation”. The idea that thousands of Americans might withold their taxes might wake up Washington DC in hurry, since they need our wages to give tax breaks to the wealthy, and finance their obscene war.

c. Put pressure on elected officials, the DNC, and the Kerry campagin to support this.

Conclusion: I’m sure this proposal can be refined and expanded, but I really believe we need a vehicle such as this to make our case effectively.
