Who's going to AU's Carter-Baker Commission Monday?

Located where Nebraska and Massachusetts Avenues intersect.

PDA and other groups meet 10 AM at the Kay Spiritual Center on the American University Campus.

I hope and trust that those who are able to go will report back here! I would very much like to know what this commission is up to.

Does anyone know how/why this commission was even formed? I have my suspicions that it is a preemptive strike on election fraud information that is about to go much more public (the Nashville conference, Steven Freeman's book scheduled to be published in May, etc.--the case for fraud is so strong that it can't be suppressed much longer.)

WHY was this commission formed? I mean, there's nothing wrong with our election system, right? It's all hunky-dory. Blue ribbon commissions are formed when something's very wrong--to investigate, to suggest reforms. So, what is this commission DOING THERE? What scandal or problem is it addressing? None exists, right?

You see what I mean. WE are the HIDDEN reason that this commission was formed. Probably they want to gather our information, and preempt it and debunk it--and make it seem like the government was on this--before it hits the fan.

Instead of letting the tail wag the dog again, I thinking we should be asking the press and the public: WHAT are these jokers investigating? WHAT election problems? (Like that.)

I'd really like to know--if anybody knows--just how/why/by whom this commission was put together. WHAT was the impetus?

Was it Carter's idea, he has elways been involved with overseaing elections in other countries ,but he certainly would not pick Baker,would he?
