ESSENTIAL.Great stuff for handing to those who still think electronic voting is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Or, who haven't thought a whit about it. Sit on them until they spend ten minutes reading it. It's a quick 14 pages.
State after state. Election after election.
My personal favorite is still the negative 25 million votes recorded in one Ohio precinct.
This is extraordinarily well-written and documented. I commend it to each of you.
