what's what. I'm always concerned with meeting face-to-face for fear that people will be put off. We can connect mind to mind this way but in the real world I'm just a middle-aged lady trying to find a way to help and to find the most fulfilling and worthwhile path. One of the great strengths of internet-based activism is exactly this: people meet on the basis of what they really think and feel, rather than being immediately barricaded by automatic sorting by gender, age, race, and so on. But even with this fear, I'd still love to meet you and Syd and would be very sorry to miss this opportunity to do so.
