American Center for Voting Rights (?) formed on March 17th '05 had
Mark F. (Thor) Hearne (attorney at law) testify in front of Rep. Nye's
hearings into Ohio voting problems. Mr. Hearne was on the */cheney
'04 legal team & head lawyer for */cheney in MO in 2000.

Can you say plant?

But you raise a good point to raise attention.

He is busting his hump, and not getting the widespread attention deserved.

The post linked above died with only 5 comments and just one "greatest" vote.

DU needs to do a better job of supporting our own researchers/bloggers and focus less on the general distractions (did someone say TS?).

They have nothing to refute the facts in the Conyers report so they
just want to muddy the waters. Classic Rove.

Their communications director =

ACVR publicist, Jim Dyke -- the contact person given on a press release issued by ACVR yesterday -- is the one-time Communications Director for the Republican National Committee!

I sent him an e mail and asked if he knew the Swift Boats and Karl Rove.

He sent me an e mail back saying no.
