Does Your State Democratic Party support VVPB? Need NC Dem Party to help

So far, NC's democratic chair has sent out all kinds of requests for support for election reform, but won't send one out to pass our bills in the legislature right now.

Why do these democratic parties support the bill to allow electoral college votes to be awarded proportionately, yet
they do NOT support voter verified paper ballots?

Why why why. When will the democratic party support the protection of our votes?
