That @#$%*&^! Map better start turning BLUE soon!
I need a drink. I am losing my mind at the stupidity of the conservatives in this country!

I am surprised that ANYONE voted for Bush.

5. Breathe...the more likely to vote Kerry urban votes aren't in yet....
While I'm surprised as many people in this country are ignorant enough to vote for Bush...I'm not surprised there are a lot of them.

BUT....nothing so far has been that much of a surprise....so as long as they keep counting the votes in the big urban/traditionally Dem areas...Kerry will close the gap.

7. I've been trying to figure that out for 10 years!
I don't understand *'s appeal at all. When he announced that he was running for governor of Texas against Ann Richards I just laughed--no chance, I thought, someone that dense cashing in on his name against such a popular governor. Well, I was wrong, and in 1994 Texas witnessed Rove and * trashing Ann Richards and spinning the state into a Rep frenzy. And things have gone downhill since.

Then in 2000 I thought the rest of the country couldn't possibly elect * when he was running on his allegedly successful record in Texas. What a crock.

I've been saying it for 10 years now--I wouldn't vote for * for dogcatcher. It really undermines my faith in the democratic process to know that there are so many people who buy his crap.
