I just got home from work, heard that many places in Ohio are open late and repubs are already fighting it in the courts.

What is the rule on this?? anyone know?

1. as far as I know
If you were in line already when the polls closed, you still get to vote

may have up to a 5 hour wait in Ohio. Dems are asking that they are provided another way to vote b/c it is taking so long. The pubs are of course against it.

Edit: I believe that's what the court involvement is about. Give these people paper ballots, something so they can vote. They'll be there all night.

3. that's it alright
They put a barricade behind the last person in line when the polls close and post a poll worker to tell people the polls have closed.

It could get ugly.
