Plain and simple, every vote must be counted. We would have won this one had that happened. 3 Million too big a margin you say? I wonder what the count was on all the provisional ballots, all the ones tossed out for some reason or another? Don't even count all the people who were intimidated or forced to wait hours and hours in line to vote, who were so discouraged or had to go back to work & couldn't wait any longer. How about people who mysteriously were wiped off of voter registration lists? This list of inconveniences & computer glitches could go on and on. How can any sane person believe that this election was not stolen? EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD BE OUTRAGED.

1. I agree.
I honestly believe the votes were there -- they were not counted this time just as they weren't the last time (not to mention the time in between) or were thrown out or would-be voters were intimidated. If the voting situation is not addressed, it's going to be that much harder to ever get the power away from these people. Of course, you can be sure that they know that and will fight to keep all the cards in their hand.

2. EdShultz was saying it will take a DNC chair who can get money and inspire
grass roots effort (Dean). I say it will take someone who knows how to deal with election fraud and until DNC leadership gets that they are just going to keep right on losing elections.

3. I've been saying that since Nov. 2.
Those of us, and there are lots on this board, who registered voters and assisted voting during the election witnessed the crap they were pulling all over the country with our own eyes. 3 million votes? That's nuthin'. I bet if every vote were counted and no voters had been improperly disenfranchised or intimidated it would have been a landslide.

And it didn't even require a centrally organized conspiracy to pull it off. This is basic Repuke M.O. Suppress votes and intimidate voters. That's it. The counting and machines just clinched key electoral states for them.

7. I wholeheartedly concur. Kerry won the popular vote.
between voter intimidation, voter supression, voter misinformation, purging of voter rolls, misallocation of machines, AND all the electonic shenanigans such as machines defaulting to Bush, He stole over 3 million votes nationwide! We CANNOT let this happen again. The only solution is national standards and paper voting.
