New stategy suggested by some who work for the Dems
There were hundreads of thousands in many states directly affected by the vote machine fraud, dirty tricks(illegal actions) to suppress minority vote, official malfeasance to suppress minority and student votes, etc. in states such as Ohio, Florida, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, etc.

http://www.flcv.com/EIRSFla.html
http://northnet.org/minstrel/alpage.htm
http://www.freepress.org/departments/display/19
http://www.helpamericarecount.org/NewMexicoData/NewMexicoGeneralElection.pdf
http://www.flcv.com/bernalil.html
http://www.flcv.com.neworlea.html
etc.

It has been suggested that there is clearly documented malfeasance by a large number of officials and by the Republican Party and Repub activists that were violations of state and federal law and the U.S. Constitution. The EIRS reports at www.voteprotect.org and the reports at www.votersunite.org along with the above documentation
point to the guilty parties. So some of the many thousands directly affected by dirty tricks that prevented their voting, malfeasance that prevented their voting or having their vote counted should fill out affidavits of the facts and file ethics complaints or charges as appropriate. This would focus a tremendous amount of attention on the widespread wrongful acts and fraud, as well as the wrongdoers if thousands of those wronged responded by filing affidavits. Much of these cases of dirty tricks are well documented and will not be hard to make the case. Those responsible are already identified by the EIRS reports, etc. in many cases. Its just a matter of following through.

make this possible for average Janes and Joes? A how-to with simple forms or something?

12. How do we get Blackwell in jail?
Is this the way? He clearly has broken the law many, many times, but nothing seems to be happening to him.

Can some of his "victims" sue him? What does it take to get legal action happening?

14. This Absolutely Needs to be Done.
It also may have the by-product of flushing out some snitches who are trying to save their skin by pointing to higher-up wrongdoing.
