Experienced Recount person going through Ohio
One of our experienced observers from the Glib recount will be passing through Ohio in the next 24-48 hours and may be able to offer one day of help (probably Tuesday) with searching records, etc. if needed.

Route is southwest Ohio to eastcentral Ohio -- Cincy, to Columbus, to PA/east -- (willing to go off-route some).

PM me if interested and I will help make the contacts. Thanks!

12. Hey Andy!
If you're in the Columbus area, you want to swing by the Scioto Country Club?

6. What about this:
Recount 100% by hand the counties in which Judge Connally got more votes than Kerry. I think there are only 12 of them, and some may not even be paper, so the recount could be less than 12 counties. There are a lot of potential votes in these counties and you could confirm or rule out a good deal of the fraud allegations by concentrating on them. Just my 2 cents.

FYI, in the 16 counties where either judicial candidate in this race got more votes than a presidential candidate, Bush got 150,000 more votes than Kerry. If you need the figures and counties, let me know.

8. Precinct Reports
I need precinct reports for the following counties. If anyone has it please send it my way. These counties are highly suspect based on berniew's research.

Butler
Warren
Clermont

If any groups are willing to recount these counties or even a few precincts (Public Records Law) we should start a fundraiser. I've got $20 bucks down.

11. Warren County
You probably already have this from the Warren County BOE

http://www.co.warren.oh.us/bdelec/search/votingresults/canvass_results_publish.asp

VOTER TURNOUT IN WARREN COUNTY
Richard Hayes Phillips, Ph.D.

snip..

Now there has been a “recount” in Warren County. As
I understand it, no independent persons were allowed
to observe the recount, either. The Warren County
Board of Elections has posted on its website, for the
first time, its results on a precinct by precinct
basis. Here are the new numbers for Warren County

snip..

Look at the changes:

754 registered voters have disappeared from the rolls.
2,191 new votes have been cast.
2,164 new votes have been counted.
1,512 new votes for Bush (69.87%).
644 new votes for Kerry (29.76%).
8 new votes for others (0.37%).

I have these concerns, among others:

Where did these 2,164 new votes come from?

snip..

16. There's gold in the precinct vote records and voter logs which need to be
looked at and compared. But the precinct vote records need to be compiled and broken out by early voting, regular voting, absentees, provisionals and looked at separately as well as compared to the voter logs. This all needs to be compared to the thousands of EIRS election irregularity incident reports from voters and Dr. Richard Phillips analysis of problems by county and precinct.
http://northnet.org/minstrel/alpage.htm

EIRS reports at www.voteprotect.org and
Richard and I have more specific summaries.
