RH Phillips "Estimated Vote Count in Ohio" online
This just in (1/8/05):

http://www.freepress.org/images/departments/Vote_Count_Ohio.pdf

"My most conservative estimate is that the reported margin of victory for George W. Bush in the State of Ohio is inflated by 101,020 votes. More realistic estimates indicate that John F. Kerry actually won Ohio's 20 electoral votes..."

And this is with 73 counties still not examined by Dr. Phillips and his team (of which I am the coordinator).

5. Forgive my ignorance, but I'm not familiar with Dr. Phillips. Could
you say a bit about how he came to be involved? (Or, I've read it and am on information overload.) Thank you.

11. More on Richard Hayes Phillips, Ph.D.
He specializes in finding anomalous data. He took on doing a precinct-level analysis of the Ohio vote right after the election because he suspected that there was fraud involved. He is the lead statistician in the Moss v. Ohio case at the Ohio State Supreme Court, and according to another DU post spoke at the DC rally on Thursday.

Many of his reports can be found at http://www.freepress.org/departments

All of them can be found at his personal website:

15. Super. Thank you. I've been reading Bob's articles since the
"None Dare Call it" piece -- first one I could find that made any sense to me at all, that first weekend when the Dems were in their circular firing squard and Rove was gloating over his man's faux victory.

19. That could be helpful
I don't know if it's already happening. Jesse Jackson is well aware of this work, and he may have Kerry's ear periodically, I'm not sure.

Would someone enjoy tracking down Chris Heinz's DU screenname and PM him about this?

Thanks.

22. Thank you; your data should definitely be seen by Senator Kerry....
...and one can hope that Chris Heinz is still checking DU. If it is provided to Jesse Jackson, its impossible for me to think he wouldn't pick up the phone and call both Senator Kerry and ex-Senator Edwards as well as Congressman Conyers.

After all she has done, Senator Boxer is someone Senator Kerry should be very responsive and perhaps she could give it to him. I imagine she will be very interested in it.

And, how about sending it to Michael Moore and asking him to take out a full page ad in the New York Times and post the data there.

I'll be sure the folk at www.VelvetRevolution.us post a link to it early next week.

Peace.

17. I see I have been reading this work for weeks without paying
attention to the atribution.

And I'm very happy to have it. Next week, we've been invited to speak at a MSM mixer on a column we've just started writing. The topic of the first column was the stolen election. One more bow in the quiver. Thanks!

24. Questioning Whether Kerry Is Still In It?
The way to assure a Kerry presidency is to combine this superb work with strong evidence that Bush was involved in the fraud.

A + B = K!
