When they call it, it's because of which key precincts are reporting what. That's true for all the states.

7. In MI, the southwest and north report fastest...
and they're solidly GOP. Detroit and metro suburbs always take longer with a much higher population density.

11. I remember in Election 2000 in Detroit there were reports of roadblocks
and cops pulling over autos for DWB...any sign of that this time?
