Are early votes going to be counted?

I've heard that they just throw away early votes and don't count them if the election is not close enough. Does anyone know if they are going to be counted? Did a lot of you vote early? My state doesn't allow it. I think this is important, there are probably a lot of early votes.

There should be a very large number of early votes.
No reason I can see why they shouldn't be counted.

the early votes in florida yet??? over 30% of the votes where early votes... They must have counted them... maybe they have not in other states... Does anyone know when they will announce the provisional ballot count in OHIO?

3. Just because Kerry conceeded ....

doesn't mean that the votes won't be counted. The county board of elections and the secretaries of state will still do their jobs just like always, counting every legit vote. And remember that there were a heck of a lot of other races on those ballots.
