Lucid summary of ongoing Ohio ballot issues from Kos

Link here To me this analysis seems very reasonable and level-headed - not overly optimistic about provisionals+recount flipping Ohio for Kerry, but doesn't entirely exclude the possibility either. Also discusses the potential fraud issue.
