9. right wing
Just checked out what the right wing wackos are saying. Mostly saying docs won't treat her because of JE being a trial attorney. They are sick, but they never fail to say something exactly as disgusting as I would expect. It's nice to have people around you can count on.

21. Fortunately
God graced their beloved Supreme Court Chief with a case of a cancer that is usually quite curable, buit seem to be problematic for Renquist. In a timely fashion, just before this election he was struck by providence for his role in the theft of the 2000 election. May the other 4 be equally blessed.

8. They are officially having the worst week ever
Our prayers are with them. Does he lose his health insurance in January? (I know he is wealthy but I was just wondering)

11. Congress lose their health insurance? LOL
Not a chance that Congress would lose their insurance when they leave the Senate or House. You can be sure they get it for life. These guys' and gals' first priority is to feather their own nest and take care of themselves.

19. concession
I hope it did play a part, however small, because I'm really fed up with Kerry right now. A blind person could see that they messed with the Diebolds. My heart goes out to her and her family.

12. My prayers go out for her
I can't imagine how terrible it must be to see her husband lose to the Halliburton Candidate and to be diagnosed with breast cancer on the same day.

17. I'm an idiot
I just remembered something. Wednesday was far from the worst day for this family. It would be hard to top losing an election that you'd put your heart and sole into + a diagnosis of cancer but, the Edwards' have lost a child.

16. My mom had this kind
of breast cancer and so did my best friend. Two years later they are both doing good. The only thing that concerns me is that she felt a lump. Both my mom's and friend's cancer were found by mammogram and so were caught fairly early. My friend had just had a mammogram the year before diagnosis, my mom had not had one in two years, but for both it was fairly early. Because she felt a lump could mean it is further along. As my mom's doctor said, 'If you have to have cancer, this is a good kind to have.'

Wishing Mrs. Edwards the best.

24. they could have announced this a week ago and really made a
sympathy play. might have swung some votes.

the fact that they didn't say a word about it speaks volumes about what kind of people they are.

think if pickles or lynne cheney got a hangnail, they wouldn't be doing interview after interview about how they're trying to (sniff!) f-f-f-ight it (sniff! hold back tears!) each day?

the edwards are very classy people. god, i hope she gets well and gets well soon.
