Collin Powell may be leaving the * administration
Just heard it on Air America via CNN news. Do you think he's tired of whoring himself? How much do you want to bet his replacement will be no moderate?

7. He, not Rumsfailed, will be the sacrificial lamb
someone to blame their bad decisions on.

4. He's at home now wearing his ribbons of shame
he chose to protect Bush instead of protecting our country, that is shameful and not patriotic.

5. Hmm...
I just get the feeling that if Colin Powell leaves the Admin, he probably will be doing it to expose everything that happened himself, so we'll just have to see.

9. I have a feeling someone will come out...
And blow the minds of red staters (red coats) away with the truth eventually. It's got to come out someday, and I'm sure it's worse than we think. Who knows, maybe he'll be the one.

a week before the election. Might have woken a few people up.

11. The wife maybe. His kids are grown up.
His son Michael heads the FCC. Now he's one person I wouldn't mind seeing resign.

12. No respect for Collin
Just like I lost what little respect I had for Guiliani.
What a son of bitch liar asshole Guiliani was during the
repukes convention when he said:
I told my police chief, after the 9/11 attacks, Thank God * is our president. go to hell Rudy!! that wasn't in your book
as for collin, go ahead and leave, you were a token anyway. Everytime you said something against the * team they would shut your pie hole up pretty quick didn't they? Talk about used and abused.
No racial overtones from my token comment:)

13. There's not enough soap in the world
Colin Powell put duty before pride and image in defending the Bullshit administration. The man was one of the strongest opponents to the war, but was still a team player. He announced about 2 years ago that he would not work under Bush for a second term.

Its just sad to see the Powell case. He was, and probably still is, a good man. His decision to go along with the Bush camp has cost him all of his integrity and dignity, both as a military officer and as a diplomat, as well as a human being. There will not be enough soap or detergent in the world to remove the stench and slime of the Bush administration from this man. What a waste.

14. Well..
after reading plan of attack I gained a lot of lost respect for him. I still don't have much, but I have about a gram (metaphorically) of respect for him.

In comparison, I have about a billionmillionkajillion tons of respect for my fallen friend Daschle ;(
