Polls to remain open in PA for people in line at 8:00PM. This could mean
voting could go on until past 10:00PM.

1. Typically what States do when time comes to close a voting
place is that a poll worker will go to the end of the line at closing time. This, no matter how long the line is. It's done to include all standing in line as of closing time. Although I am unfamiliar with state law in PA, again, this is what typically happens according to most state laws.
