COLUMBUS, Ohio - This battleground state on Monday certified President Bush (news - web sites)'s 119,000-vote victory over John Kerry (news - web sites), even as the Kerry campaign and third-party candidates prepared to demand a statewide recount.

So now that the votes are certified an the recount is going through we can expect a significant number of votes to be added to Senator Kerry's column.

5. Blackwell, on Fox, said the counties have up to ten days to do recount.
That is, of course, from the time the GLIB's request is received.

The other 97% will be counted as they originally were.

9. What about those precincts where it looked like they
had the ballots tallied on the wrong precinct's machine - giving at least an inflated number for the third parties.

Ironic but maybe the GLibs should ask for a hand recount of a precinct that gave them too many votes!

10. They can ask, but the State doesn't have to grant it.
That is not part of the state recount procedure.
