Restores my faith in Kentuckians, even if they have voted for Bush.

3. Man will that be beautiful
Will Daschle be our majority leader in the next Congress, or will there be a movement to promote somebody else?

7. Daschle
Truthfully, I think its time for a leadership change in the Senate, regardless of whether Kerry or Bush win.

10. IF Daschle wins--there was doubt last I heard.
I certainly would rather keep the D seat, but if he does lose, it's hard to blame anyone much but himself.

11. Really, I would blame the republicans.
Because i care more about the facts than finding a democratic scapegoat.

12. Precinct reports
I hate to ask, even if NBC is going to be off the mark, but is your enthusiasm based on initial numbers? That depends on where in the state they are coming from first and historic patterns.

This would also show the sage opinions of pundits are well wide of the mark as I hope they will be. They gave Bunning the edge(with prejudice IMHO). I hope reality schools them into a better way of thinking.

6. Hard to be pissed at Bunning
it's the Republican assholes who thought it'd be a good idea to prop him up out there and hope nobody noticed that deserve the ass kicking they so richly deserve.
