I guess I would really rather live in an blue state. I've never been to New England but would gladly move there if they secede. And If they don't I still might think about it. I'm just afraid our country is too far gone to be saved. Unfortunately, the NE has been largely disarmed. That's why Mid-Western folks like to stay armed, so we can take care of ourselves. As a party, we need to be more in touch with the values of the folks outside the protected NE states and Left Coast states. Out here, it is about God and Guns and Guts. Unfortunately, Senator Kerry was largely perceived as being without God, against Guns and not as Gutsy as the shrubbery. The BS "flip-flop" label that the GOP painted Kerry with and the Swift Vets ads hurt Senator Kerry in the "Guts" department. This too will pass, look forward to the mid-terms in 2006!
