6. I tried putting in the official New Labour line on everything
and it did come back Labour +56, Con +10, Lib Dem -35, UKIP -9, Green -34. So it's not a complete con.

5. I voted neutral on all just to see
what it would read...it came out as Labour. I have no idea what that means, just thought it was interesting.

When I did it as I really think it was Lib Dem, followed closely by Green. :)

7. I get a strong Lib Dem for my real answers
Lib Dem +36
Labour +4
Green -11
UKIP -14
Con -35

I'm surprised that the Greens are that far down for me - I know I'm more pro-European than they are, but they're almost as low as UKIP, who are even more anti-EU than the Greens. I'm at a loss to know what makes UKIP better for me than the Tories - unless they actually do have some decent domestic policies that I haven't heard of.

13. I got a similar result ...
Edited on Fri Apr-15-05 02:33 AM by non sociopath skin
... although with a higher reading as a Baggy Trousered Misanthropist, presumably because I'm iffy about joining the Eurozone.

A bit of fun but not much more, I think.

11. Interesting exercise
Edited on Thu Apr-14-05 05:01 PM by fedsron2us
Came out + 45 for the Lib Dems and + 22 for the Greens. This did not really surprise me. What was more interesting was that Labour ranked at -33 which was even lower than the Tories at -31. I am sure most of the things I agreed with were bog standard old Labour policies so this just goes to show how far to the right the party has moved.

15. Also Lib Dem, followed by Green
Lib Dem 86, Green 52. In fact, I do vote Lib Dem in general elections,
Green in Euro elections, and can do either in local elections, so it's fairly accurate.

-22 for Labour; - 61 for the Tories!

16. I don't like the last question
Which result do you actually expect to get?

I'd much rather see my results on the policy questions without that. Here are my results anyway

Liberal Democrat 40
Green 25
UK Independence Party 7
Labour -12
Conservative -25

17. You don't have to answer that
I didn't, in case they used it somehow to skew the results. Since they did give a result, they may just be using it to check on how well the test agrees with people's expectations.
