1. The Beeb (BBC) as always
I haven't been watching much of the Olympics, but the little coverage I've seen seems fine.

2. Early Mornings, presented by Adrian Chiles
If you like The One Show then you'll like the Olympic coverage.

3. Same here
The Olympics largely leave me cold (how can anyone work out who has won the Graeco Roman wrestling when it just seems to consist of two blokes rolling around on the floor). However, what coverage I have seen from the BBC has been fine. It is almost entirely sport focused which personally I think is how it should be. While there is obvious excitement from the BBC commentators if the British team notches up one of their rare medals they manage to avoid most of the the nationalistic hysteria that always overtakes our tabloid media. In fact if the British Olympic committee want to learn a lesson about how to run the 2012 Games then they could learn a lesson from the Beeb. We should keep the politicians and all the other tub thumpers and free riders at arms length and just run it as a sporting festival which fans from around the world can enjoy. Unfortunately, I expect that is easier said than done.
