I just read at Radio-Canada that the conservatives are up to 31% in a recent poll. What does this mean?

4. Not much.
The party that calls itself the Conservative Party of Canada is an uneasy marriage of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada and the wing-nut Reform Party.

Most of the Reform support is in Western Canada. This concentration of support skews polls.

5. Thanks for this, achtung....
I wondered if there was some "skewing" going on. It's just hard for me to believe, after seeing how badly conservative policies have harmed the U.S., that Canadians would poll at anywhere near 31% support for conservatives.
