Except last time around, I don't think that Dosahnj & Co. were able to pay down the debt by quite as much. :)

2. LOL, one could call it bribes for the voters

I love how governments, all governments tighten their belts (translated as cut social programs) until the last budget before an election and we are supposed to be grateful and forget the crap from the past 3 years.
