Maher Arar still on U.S.A watch list although he's been cleared.

Mr. Arar refuses to go to Washington for fear of being re-arrested.
According to Vanessa Redgrave, "His fears are entirely founded � because his name is still on all those lists that compel border police or immigration officials or homeland security officials to pick him or his wife up."
