Random Wyoming question...
Hello Wyoming residents - I just drove across the country and went through the state of Wyoming en route. What does "Port of Entry" mean? I saw these signs in several towns/cities, even ones that weren't near the border (ie. Casper). I have to say that driving through the south/central part of the state I have never had such a feeling of insignificance given the desolate landscape. Very cool... :-)

1. Drivers
of commercial have to stop there to make sure their paperwork is in order, and that their fees are paid. I know what you mean about the space here, it's very cool. We call it God's Country.

2. Thanks!
Thanks - that makes sense. I drove into Casper, then up to Riverton/Lander and then down to Kemmer. Absolutely stunning.
