Gotta read it to comprehend the numbers, but the jist is that he paid his U.S. Senate campaign from his state account. That's a NONO. Naughty Republican. NAUGHTY.

Welsh is by far the most conservative of the repubs running agains Feingold. He's also the most obnoxious.

2. What an idiot!
I heard Welsh speak once. It was at a forum where he wasn't supposed to be discussing politics. All he did was bash the Dems in Madison. Welsh is a total loser.
