Public workers not held responsible?
When Scooter's protesting laws came out I remember reading in the JournalSentinel that public workers would not be liable for any injuries they cause on State property. Now I can't find it.
Has any one else read this?
If this is true State workers could kill someone in the Capitol and get away with it. This also is a way to let the cops hurt protesters at will.

1. Jeez, that sounds so perfectly, grotesquely Walkeresque--
Who could doubt that it's true?
