Still 1 kitten looking for a home in SE Wisconsin
She is an absolutely adorable tortoise shell kitty. Very sweet. I posted her and 2 of her sisters here a few weeks ago and 2 of her sisters are now living in 2 wonderful DUer's homes! Original WI forum thread link (pics of whole litter here): http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=186&topic_id=27408

Here is the back story from that post, updated to reflect only one kitty left:
In July we were adopted by a pregnant cat, although we didn't know she was pregnant at the time. Before we knew she was pregnant we tried finding space in a no-kill shelter for her, I am very allergic (asthmatic) around cats. Once we realized she was pregnant, we decided to care for her until her kittens could be born and weaned. She has a new and wonderful home and 4 of the 5 kittens have a new home as well, I still have 1 little girl kitten, a tortoise shell. If someone here is interested in adopting a kitten, or knows someone who is, please pm me. She has been handled since day one and is really friendly. Here are some pics. If I don't find a home for her, I will be taking her to a no-kill shelter so she can be placed, I just know there are a lot of cat lovers out here on DU so I thought I'd give it a try. (and I found 2 homes through DU for the other 2) They are free, but I would request that whoever takes them promises to get them spayed, as this is the second pregnant cat to show up at our house in half a year. They were born September 3.

We had another very nice DUer who wanted her, but was unable to take her, and I have had 3 other people interested in her over the past couple of weeks, but none of them worked out (either had too many cats or couldn't convince the dad a kitten was a good idea). I'd really like to find her a good home, she is such a little sweetie. I will be out most of the morning, but checking in this afternoon. Please keep it kicked. Thanks!

Here are some pics taken in the past few days of her - my daughter and husband aren't allergic so they are holding her:

2. Hi - We're in the Waukesha area. Sorry, my morning of
activities yesterday turned into a whole weekend of activities that kept me away from the computer. I'd be happy to bring her to you, if you'd like to meet her - I see from your profile you are in the Milwaukee area. She really is a sweetheart. :-)
