Groups with plans to GOTV in Wisconsin Oct 29-Nov 1?
I am interested in volunteering that weekend in Wisconsin and I was wondering if anyone can tell me which groups to get in touch with to make it happen?

1. The Feingold campaign
is looking for volunteers and I'm sure the Kerry people would be glad to hear from you.

2. I also got a call to day from AmericaVotes.org seeking volunteers
They are a coalition of progressive and labor oganizations and are apparently coordinating GOTV and other pre-election activites in the state. You can try them at their website http://www.americavotes.org and click on the America Votes in the States link. Then contact the Wisconsin chapter to see how you can help.

But if you want to work specifically with a campaign, take ewagner's advice. The Feingold Campaign is putting together some last minute activities as part of the coordinated campaign across the state. You can contact your local Dem party headquarters (info at http://www.wisdems.org) or the state party (info also available at http://www.wisdems.org) for information on the coordinated campaign/Feingold office near you.
