Repub welfare counties....

In Washington state, the rural, heavily Repub counties in eastern Washington are always bitching that they don't get their fair share, and that the nasty old urban, Democratic counties suck up all the welfare and services, and generally take money from the hard-working, taxpaying rural folk.

The Stranger... a Seattle alternative paper published the following. Let's just see which queen is sucking up what ... and from whom.

1. This is such a none surprise...

From living in SW Lincoln country for so many years I totally understand this. Many farmers in our area get hundreds of thousands from the government, and then the same people will bitch endlessly about 'welfare queens' living on $200 a week. Interesting....maybe we should cut farm welfare. The small farmers don't get much of it, so removing it won't hurt that much and the big agri business farms (who overwhelmingly give to the GOP) will get to expierience life with out government hand outs.
