Virginia
Is there any inexpensive housing in Virginia that is close to the Washington, D.C. area? Is the housing in a safe area? When I say inexpensive I am thinking in the range of about $100,000-$200,000 maybe $300,000. In addition, are there any jobs, like Executive Director, open within any of the Democratic groups in the Virginia area? Finally, is there any type of website that displays jobs that are available within Democratic Party groups?

1. A Few Ideas
Not much in the price range you're talking about--maybe a condo or town house these days closer to $300,000 real close to D.C. There is a town called Culpepper which is about 30-45 minutes away from DC which has become a bedroom community. You might checking out that area. I know of a number of people who live there and commute. Also check out a search for "non-profit jobs." You might find something there. Good luck. Do be careful that you don't go too far south of DC. Central VA is very red!

5. Culpeper 30-45 minutes away?
You must drive really, really fast. On a good day, it's 45 minutes to Woodbridge, over an hour to (F)Rednecksburg, 1 hour 20 to Culpeper.
