I just read in the Roanoke Times where some people are actually floating George Allen's name for president in 2008!! Man, you thought we had a brain-dead president now.

Man the thought of Allen as President gives me cold sweats. The horror, the horror. I'm stll amazed that people voted for his dumbass to go to the Senate.

Kinda reminds me of a conversation I had a few years ago about why I would never vote for a Republican for a local office even if they weren't of the evil variety. Told my friend that all it does is encourage them to run for higher office if they win. Just look at that slime ball Ralph Smith for evidence of that. I guarantee you he's running for higher office soon.
