Call Sen. Warner today to protect the Court
From a moveon.org email I received today:

Senator Warner is one of a handful of moderate Senators who helped kill the "nuclear option" last Spring. That same bi-partisan group of Senators is meeting this week to decide if they will continue to block the "nuclear option" in the future. It's critical that we weigh in before they make that fateful decision.

Please call Senator Warner right now and ask him to oppose Samuel Alito, and oppose the "nuclear option."

Senator John Warner
Phone: 202-224-2023
District Offices:
Abingdon: 276-628-8158
Norfolk: 757-441-3079
Richmond: 804-739-0247
Roanoke: 540-857-2676

Then, please report your call by clicking here:

1. Warner is one of the few GOP'ers that I can respect

He stood up against the nut-wing of his party during the Terri Schiavo hullaballoo, and also was against changing the Senate rules on the filibuster for mere politics. He's an independent-minded traditional conservative who, more often than not, can be counted on to listen to reason.
