When the DU started on this poll it was at 82% Dubya's fault. It is now down to 65%. It is getting freeped. Utah is one of the states which is blaming congressional Democrats rather than Bush for the problem. If you turn cookies off you can vote a million times. Time is not blocking IP addreses or using anything tougher to clear than a cookie to track who has voted. Clear your cookies, set your browser such that it no longer accepts cookies, and refresh/vote a million Times. You'd think I was from Chicago.

1. Done. I'm guessing the Upper East Siders are the ones doing the

voting, thereby explaining why majority of New York state blames Congressional Democrats.
