John Cornyn is 1 of "10 Worst Members of Congress" by Esquire
Esquire's list of 10 Worst Members of Congress
Senator John Cornyn (R), Texas

Cornyn has taken up Rick Santorum's cudgel on gay marriage, but whereas Santorum's dark visions were man-on-dog, Cornyn dreams of state-sanctioned unions between man and turtle, and of "a world where that union of man and box turtle is on the same legal footing as man and wife." Whoa. None of our business, senator. But you'll have to work it out on your own time.

By the way he's ranked #4 behind Joe Lieberman, Saxby Chambliss and Michele Bachmann. Wow that had to have been a tough call to rank those stinkers worse than Corndog!

Texas deserves much better than John "The New Santorum" Cornyn!

Kick him out Texas! :kick:

1. By the way they endorsed Rick Noriega of course
They had some other endorsements that were not so "enlightened"

Esquire - Election 2008: Who People in Texas Should Vote For

They endorsed Ralph "older than John McCain" Hall in Texas CD4 - :wtf:

District 10 they picked McCaul over Larry Joe Doherty. Even after they call McCaul a Bush loyalist. - :wtf:

6. There is nothing worse than a Democrat turned Republican
These people just admit that they will join what ever party gets them elected. Notable Texans once Democrat now Republican. Congressman Ralph Hall, Governor Rick Perry, Senator Phil Gramm.

Gramm and Perry are both far rightwing extremists. Hard to imagine they once masqueraded as Democrats.

5. Mine is John Carter, he's even worse
John Carter was Tom Delay's number one apologist and supporter. A complete disgrace as a congressman.

7. Carter is pretty bad
But let's face it - the whole Texas Republican Congressional delegation is nuts.
Ralph "older than dirt" Hall
Pete "the streaker" Sessions
Ted "I've never done anything" Poe
Joe "Smokey Joe" Barton
Lamar "Lamer" Smith
Kevin "I'm so scared of my constituents I wear Kevlar" Brady
Ron "Dr. No" Paul
Sam "Stupid is as .. well I'm just stupid" Johnson

Man it never ends until we vote them all out.
