1. Oh, don't rub it in. I may have to move.
I'm not moving to Houston, though. :D

3. Well, we have Poppy and Bar here in Houston
and they frequently show up on my teevee to ruin my viewing of an Astros game (they sit behind home plate in the $100 seats and the cameras find them often).

But they'll be dead soon ...:spank:

7. C'mon over to Fort Worth...
You'll find it's quite pleasant over here and getting around doesn't have to be like qualifying for a Nascar race.

2. Oh that hurts!
Thank any divine deity that Austin is not the destination either. We love our "torture free" environment here.

10. He'd have to be in The Hague
or somewhere besides Texas, because a bunch of conservatives with guns would mount a jailbreak for him.

And welcome to DU. :hi:

11. Thanks. And you're right about the Hague.
I was just trying to get him away from the Dallas area.

9. My magic 8-ball tells me they'll never get a decent night's sleep in Dallas...
I envision daily protests until they get chased out of Big D.

I can dream, can't I?

12. I'll help.
I can ask Natalie Maines to come too. Of course, I have no idea if she would. :7

14. You know Natalie Maines?
She's great. I didn't really know too much about The Dixie Chicks until the "right wing radio" controversy. I certainly became one of their fans after seeing the documentary "Shut Up and Sing".

I am always amazed by the strength of people. They would not roll over, they would not be pushed to do something phony. They held their ground, and waited it out. Oh they took their hits. But lookie now - who is more popular - The Dixie Chicks who spoke the truth about that embarrassment of a President in our White House, or the lying torturing bastard bush, still occupying the White House. History will show Natalie was a far stronger and wiser woman than the idiot who led us into war based on lies.

FUTK!

Natie and The Dixie Chicks rock! :yourock:
