4. It's in Houston on Feb 28th
Houston's Presidential Summit Meeting:

Not for the average Texan. Sponsored by big energy industries. The cost for members is $450 and non-members $750.

It will be televised on MSNBC. Tim Russert will be the moderator. Hillary has said yes to the debate. Obama has not said yes, yet.

Obama: I will debate Clinton in Texas

By W. Gardner Selby | Thursday, February 7, 2008, 06:00 PM

Sen. Barack Obama committed Thursday to debating Sen. Hillary Clinton in Texas before the March 4 primary, though his campaign said he’s not decided whether to make the Feb. 28 debate on energy policy slated for Houston. There’s speculation that a Dallas TV station will organize a separate debate.
