I was deputized just yeasterday (Saturday) morning. As of sunday evening, I now have THIRTY voters registered.

I'm gunning for ya, NoPasaran...LOL!!

6. Couldn't Agree More

I know you understand this isn't a REAL competition in that sense...rather that I am trying to motivate myself...and you...and everyone else, to get as many as we can, and this is a fun way to do it. You are absolutely right that the REAL PRIZE is in November, and I want to motivate everyone to work as hard as we can towards that goal!

I'm up to 31 registered now...got a co-worker today at my new job...we got talking, and she was under the impression that, as an ex-felon, she could not vote. I disabused her of that notion, after being sure she was clear of all prison time, parole, fines, supervision, etc.etc...that her dues were paid in full...

Then, we waited till AFTER WORK, and off company premises before I actually signed her up...being my first day on a new job, I don't quite know how they would take me signing up co-workers like that...but SHE asked ME!! so, I made sure to cover my butt, but got her signed up right after work. So she's number 31 for me now.

Folks got a chance to catch up to me during the week, as I will not be doing as much during the week, because I'm in training for my new job, and need to study, and concentrate, etc...I REALLY NEED to make this job work out, so I gotta just focus on the job stuff for now during the week.
