Went to vote in the run-off and there's nothing happening at
my polling place/school where I normally vote. How can I find out where we are expected to go?
Also picked up the local rag, and there was nothing in it about a run-off. I'm pretty disgusted.
PS I live in Pct. 476, District 22. Thanks.

1. Your voting location is: Clear Brook High School, Friendswood
Precinct 476

Your Voting Location:

Party: DEM
Clear Brook High School
4607 F.M. 2351 Road
Friendswood

The Harris Votes website DOES NOT make it easy to find the info, but I drilled down and discovered it. You have until 7 pm tonight!

5. Thank you and I'm on it! I went to
http://www.txdemocrats.org/ and they were no help/referenced my normal polling place, unless I didn't read it correctly.
This could explain why more people don't vote; they make it pretty difficult.

6. If it makes you feel any better, you did me a public service...
I'm in a nearby precinct, and couldn't find the right place either. I'll head that way this afternoon. (See guys, all those Kinky admonishments had an effect)!

9. For future reference
You can always find your voting location by going to http://scotthochberg.com/staterep.shtml or just google Scott Hochberg and be directed to his site anytime, if you lose the link.

The voting locations can be found by clicking on the banner on the top of the page in the bar "where to vote". In fact, after seeing on Scott's site last week, where I'd be voting today, it got my butt in gear and voted early.

While you're at Scott's website, look around. He has the best site for keeping up on what's happening in the lege. He's VERY responsive to all who have a question and you don't have to be in his district, I'm not. Also, sign up for his e-mail. You won't get a ton of mail, in fact very little, but what he sends is great info. He's one of the best there is.

BTW, the Chron did have the locations listed today on page B-5.

10. Thanks, merci_me. By local rag, I meant
my neighborhood rag, the Southbelt Leader, not The Chronicle, which I don't get.
But I've voted thanks to all the help I received.
